ISLAMABAD – The incumbent leader no doubt legislate many laws for women empowerment but real implementation becomes a dream.
Quaid Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s dream will only come true if Pakistanis follow his famous adage “No nation can attain success unless their women are side by side with the men”.
Though the message of Pakistan’s founding father was clear and explicit, yet the present rulers lack the skill to implement the constitutionally enshrined role and rights of women.
In this regard, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif says in his message on International Women Day that women have the right to become the part of every sector of the life.
According to details, the Prime Minister explains the constitution of Pakistan fully authorized the women to be treated in an equal and fair manner.
All the women and men in the country should enjoy equal rights and responsibility, he adds.
However the situation on ground is totally the opposite while mistreatment and injustice is being meted out to them.
On the other side, Chief Minister Punjab, Shabaz Sharif says no one can deny the importance of women in the progress and development of the country.
Shahbaz Sharif adds Islam gives autonomy to women and stresses on their equal rights.
