ISLAMABAD – The Indian High Commissioner has on Friday issued a visa for an emergency heart treatment of a Pakistani child by the intervention of India’s External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj.
The father of boy has requested the Indian Foreign Minister to issue the visa for the treatment of his son on his Twitter account.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs granted the visa for the two-and-a-half-month-old boy last week.

“No. The child will not suffer. Please contact Indian High Commission in Pakistan. We will give the medical visa,” Swaraj tweeted while responding to Ken’s tweet, as quoted by Tribune.

The Indian High Commission said that it had issued the visa after confirmation about the ill child and his parents.

The family asked Sushma when they failed in getting the visa for weeks, the appeal of Minister was supported by many social media users in India.

“It is heartening to see humanity prevailing despite many differences. Thank you for your efforts. Humanity prevails! God bless everyone,” the father tweeted after he got the visa, as quoted by Tribune.
