ISLAMABAD – The Central Committees for moon sighting in Bangladesh and India have announced that the crescent of the moon has not sighted in all over the country; the first of Ramadan will be celebrated on May 28, Sunday.
According to the information received to Pakistantribe, in many states of India authorities Committee told media that the crescent of Ramadan was not sighted.
It should be noted that there is no official moon crescent committee in India; people hold private meetings to see the moon.
The authorities in Bangladesh also denied any signs of the moon on Friday; first Ramadan will be celebrated on Sunday.
Ruet-e-Hilal Committee of Pakistan has also announced the same; this means that in subcontinent first Ramadan will be celebrated on Sunday.
Although in Saudi Arabia there is a chance for moon sighting today, the central committee has set up to see the crescent of the moon.
