ISLAMABAD – The Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has said on Saturday that case against him is a tool of the Mafia (PML-N) to distract the attention from the Panama case.
While talking to media on Haj Terminal he said that the mafia (ruling party) has a habit of hurling threats, they are not democratic.
“The judge has rightly termed the rulers a mafia. The rulers want a deal. Even a vendor knows that the Qatari letter is a fraud,” he maintained, as quoted by 92 News.
The leader of PTI said that PML-N always tried to influence the institutions of the state and when it failed it make person scapegoat.
He said that this is happening first time in Pakistan that a ruler is held accountable, Imran hopeful that the verdict of Supreme Court would be against Nawaz Sharif.
“The people will not let the rulers escape to Jeddah,” he said, as quoted by 92 News.
